I conducted this wedding ceremony at Kidogo Arthouse Centre, on the beach front at Fremantle recently, between Tish and Paul on the 10th of the 10th 2010. Tish did my flowers when I got married (Kiss Chasey Flowers) and so when they decided to tie the knot……………………she picked me as the Celebrant. So, I was pretty chuffed.
As I said, the wedding ceremony was held at Kidogo, which is a very beautiful old building which is heritage listed and has the feel of a church. Tish and Paul dressed the building to to their requirements, bo-ho chic of course and it was beautifully arranged. As you can see by the photographs supplied here by her son-in, Lance Chicote, that the weather outside was a bit unkind……….. but he did gather some amazing shots, as you can see.
This marriage saw a blending of two families, a modern version of the Brady Bunch, with all their adult children making up part of the bridal party. And a very handsome group of people I have to say.
Tish looked stunning in a beautiful mauve number and Paul was the quintessential Italian/Australian in a nicely tailored suit. They promised to be together forever and before we knew it, we were toasting them and eating beautiful canapes at the fabulous AQWA Function Centre at Hillarys and afterwards they danced the night away.
